"Had been with the company for 30 years and Sheridan office for 15. In the end had to fight with them over the only major claim we’d ever had and they ended up dropping us. 30 years of premiums paid on time. Would not recommend."

"It’s important to have an insurance company that gives you affordable rates, insures you correctly, gives great customer service and processes any claims in a timely manner. However, that’s only the half of it. My wife correctly states, “Your insurance company is only as good as your insurance agent.” If your agent is not ethical, does not work hard for you, or is not intellectually capable to know how to work for you, then your policy is not worth the paper it is written on. When you have a policy with Ann Gardner, you can rest assured she has all these qualities. She works hard and smart for you. She also has integrity, compassion, and the love for what she does. That is why when I read a one-star review that was negative, I couldn’t help but wonder why? In the four years Ann has been my agent, she has been upbeat, honest, and one of the most caring people I know in Sheridan. She does not boast about giving back to the community, but if you payed attention, you would have seen that her name was on a lot of community support efforts. Even more, there are support efforts that she does not put her name on that she supports in the background. Furthermore, she instills these values in her team. Ann and her team are even there to help with other things that come your way in life that are not insurance related. Just because they care. I would like to give Dan in her office a huge thank you for helping my wife an I out in a pinch this week. If I could, I would give Ann and her team six stars out of five I would."
